In the crowded financial services arena, simply being an obviously better brand isn't enough. You have to connect with people. And when your primary communication platform is digital, connecting is exceptionally difficult.
I helped make sure we talked about things people wanted to talk about, everywhere they talked about it—from the brand's site to social and every digital byway in between. A few examples that I personally wrote:
